YOU must take 'reasonable care' to protect your remaining property in order for your insurance policy to remain in effect. Once permission is obtained from YOU, YANESH BROS. assumes the responsibility to protect and weatherproof the remaining building. This includes:
• covering any damaged window or door openings to safeguard the contents
• restoring electrical power for temporary lighting, preventing refrigerator or freezer from thawing, and re-energizing the furnace during the cold months
• extracting water from carpets or to protect wood floors.

Our estimators will take all necessary time needed to make detailed notes, accurate measurements and pictures while they are on YOUR property. Back at our office, we promptly compile a comprehensive estimate using our knowledge and up to date cost analysis, provided by our in-house computer. The finished estimate is presented to your INSURANCE ADJUSTER.

The compiled estimate is actually a work scope, detailing all specifics involved in the restoration. A satisfactory agreement, regarding the scope and costs, must be reached by ALL PARTIES - YOU, YANESH BROTHERS & your INSURANCE ADJUSTER!!
